The price of the products is displayed in Swiss Francs excluding VAT. VAT rates may change according to the country of destination. The prices do not include shipment costs which will be added separately to the final bill at check-out.By placing your order on the website www.laharadesign.com you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
LAHARA reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these conditions. In case of modification, the conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied.
Any order placed on the site www.laharadesign.com constitutes acceptance of the present prices and description of products and conditions. In the case of one or more items not available in the order, LAHARA undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and, if the total amount of the order has been debited, to refund the amount of the missing items either by crediting the customer's account of the respective value on the next order or by crediting the customer's bank account for this amount.
PRODUCT CATALOGUE
LAHARA guarantees the authenticity of its products featured on the website. The products offered for sale are presented and detailed with the greatest possible precision. Please note that leather is a natural material and your purchased item may vary slightly from the illustrated product on www.laharadesign.com. We make most efforts to illustrate the colours as closely as possible to reality. LAHARA reserves the right to modify descriptions or imagery of the product for reasons of improvement.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The price of the products is displayed in Swiss Francs. VAT is included in the total price invoiced at the rate in force in Italy. VAT rates may change according to the country of destination. The prices do not include shipment costs which will be added separately to the final bill at check-out.
LAHARA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. The articles will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer.

LAHARA provides the Customer with a 100% secure payment via Paypal or via secure platform provided by WIX website hoster for Visa or Mastercard payments.
With Paypal, the customer's credit card number is not transmitted to LAHARA in any way and each purchase is confirmed by a receipt.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website (photographs, logo, illustrations, pictograms, and descriptions, logo, trademark) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of LAHARA and cannot be reproduced without permission.
WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND
You can return your order within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please note, that delivery costs for a return are at your own expense.
The products must be returned in their original condition and it its original packaging. No reimbursement can be made when items are returned used or damaged.
We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged prior or in transit.
In case of receipt of a damaged article, the customer must inform the customer service on the day of receipt of the package. Please note that LAHARA is not liable for damages during transit. If the parcel arrives damaged, please notify the transit company immediately.
